Job Summary

Job Summary The Service Owner will be responsible for the strategy, governance, operational excellence, security compliance, and lifecycle management of enterprise security services including Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), Endpoint Security, and Email Security platforms. The role ensures secure, resilient, and compliant security services while leading service improvements, vendor management, automation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. The Service Owner acts as the single point of accountability for service performance, roadmap execution, risk management, and customer satisfaction. Technologies such as Zscaler, Endpoint Security platforms, and Email Security solutions are part of the security landscape in the environment.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Service Ownership & Governance Own end-to-end delivery of Zscaler, Endpoint Security, and Email Security services. Define service strategy, roadmap, KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and operational processes. Ensure service availability, reliability, security, and compliance. Conduct monthly service reviews and executive reporting. Drive continual service improvement initiatives. Security Operations Management Oversee operational support teams across L1/L2/L3 functions. Ensure timely resolution of incidents, problems, service requests, and escalations. Lead major incident management and root cause reviews. Manage vulnerability remediation and security posture improvements. Zscaler Service Ownership Own ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Cloud Connector, and Zero Trust adoption programs. Define internet access, application access, and user experience monitoring strategies. Ensure integration with SIEM, IAM, and monitoring platforms. Manage policy governance and access controls. Endpoint Security Ownership Manage endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, anti-malware, device control, encryption, patch compliance, and vulnerability management. Govern Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, application control, and endpoint security policies. Drive endpoint hardening initiatives and compliance monitoring. Email Security Ownership Own Email Security platforms such as Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Cisco IronPort, Proofpoint, Mimecast, Abnormal Security, or equivalent solutions. Ensure protection against phishing, malware, spoofing, BEC, and data leakage. Review and optimize email security controls and policies. Risk & Compliance Management Ensure alignment with: ISO 27001 NIST Cyber Security Framework CIS Controls SOC requirements Customer security standards Lead audit readiness activities and remediation of findings. Vendor & Financial Management Manage OEM/vendor relationships and escalations. Track licensing, renewals, and service contracts. Support budgeting, forecasting, and FinOps activities. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Act as trusted advisor for customer and business stakeholders. Present service performance, risks, and roadmaps to senior leadership. Mentor technical teams and support capability development.
