Job Summary

Senior OT Cyber Security Engineer

Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer / Specialist\\\\r\\\\nRole Summary\\\\r\\\\nThe Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer leads site-level OT security risk assessments, designs OT security architectures, and supports implementation of security controls in manufacturing environments. This role requires strong hands-on OT experience and the ability to work independently with plant teams.\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\nConduct OT security risk assessments across manufacturing sites\\\\r\\\\nLead asset discovery validation and criticality assessments\\\\r\\\\nDesign OT security architectures aligned with Purdue model principles\\\\r\\\\nDefine segmentation, zones, conduits, and secure remote access models\\\\r\\\\nLead implementation of OT security controls in live production environments\\\\r\\\\nSupport incident response readiness and recovery planning\\\\r\\\\nGuide junior engineers and review their deliverables\\\\r\\\\nWork directly with plant engineering, IT, and corporate security teams\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills & Experience\\\\r\\\\n5–10 years experience in industrial automation, OT engineering, or OT cybersecurity\\\\r\\\\nStrong knowledge of PLC/SCADA/DCS environments\\\\r\\\\nHands-on experience with industrial networking and segmentation\\\\r\\\\nExperience implementing OT security controls (firewalls, monitoring, access control)\\\\r\\\\nStrong understanding of risk assessment methodologies in OT environments\\\\r\\\\nAbility to work independently at manufacturing sites\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\nEducation & Preferred Certifications\\\\r\\\\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field\\\\r\\\\nOT cybersecurity certifications – preferred\\\\r\\\\nNetwork or security certifications – preferred\\\\r\\\\nAutomation platform certifications – a plus

Key Responsibilities
