Job Summary

The Technical Architect plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality solutions focused on Microsoft Hyper-V & SCVMM and SCCM. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership to ensure that the team effectively meets project specifications and maintains alignment with industry standards. The architect is responsible for guiding the team in adopting innovative technologies, thus enhancing delivery capabilities and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Solutions Utilizing Microsoft Hyper-V, Scvmm, And Sccm, Ensuring Alignment With Product And Sustenance Delivery Standards.
2. Train And Mentor Team Members In The Latest Technologies And Best Practices, Fostering A Skilled Workforce Proficient In Microsoft Technologies And Reducing Delivery Risks.
3. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions, Ensuring Thorough Understanding Of Domain Requirements And Technology Capabilities.
4. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies And Lead Initiatives To Integrate Current Solutions Into The Architecture, Thereby Ensuring Compliance With Quality Standards And Client Specifications.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Microsoft Hyper-V And Scvmm For Virtualization Solutions.
2. Strong Understanding Of Sccm For Systems Management And Deployment.
3. Familiarity With Architecture Design Principles And Best Practices.
4. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Manage And Develop A Technical Team.
