Job Summary

The Technical Architect in Monitoring plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering integrated monitoring solutions across various operational domains. This position ensures that the team adheres to defined standards while providing high-quality service delivery. By leveraging expertise in event monitoring and technical operations, the architect drives innovation and aligns solutions with client requirements, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Integrated Monitoring Solutions Utilizing Event Monitoring Tools And Technologies To Ensure Seamless Product And Sustenance Delivery.
2. Conduct Training Sessions And Skill Development Workshops For The Team, Fostering A Knowledgeable Workforce In Monitoring Technologies To Mitigate Delivery Risks Effectively.
3. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Monitoring Solutions, Leveraging An In-Depth Understanding Of Integrated Command Center Operations And Client Needs.
4. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies By Implementing Knowledge Up-Gradation Initiatives, Ensuring Solutions Remain Current, Meet Quality Standards, And Fulfill Client Expectations.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Integrated Monitoring Systems And Event Monitoring Technologies.
2. Proficiency In Designing And Implementing Monitoring Solutions For Network Operations Centers And Technical Operations Centers.
3. Experience With It Support Monitoring And Batch Monitoring Processes.
4. Familiarity With Industry Best Practices In System Architecture And Operational Delivery.

Other Requirements

1. Relevant Certifications In Monitoring And Event Management Are Optional But Valuable, Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Or Itil Foundation Certification
