Domain Architect - OKTA, CyberArk PAM

Job Summary

  • Responsible for leading and creating Okta technical architecture. Components include solutions for authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, role-based access control, workflow orchestrations, multi factor authentication, physical security, and audit and monitoring solutions.
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate data collection and analysis of technical requirements based on client’s environment and use cases.
  • Responsible for generating client delivery documentation such as technical requirement specification, use cases, architecture Visio diagrams, brain maps, technical strategy presentations, High level design and low-level design.
  • Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Proactively suggest alternatives as and when required.
  • Focus on technical activities and motivate staff towards the skill development.
  • Works closely with project manager and engagement manager to identify key IAM technical requirements, prioritize requirements, catalog requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints.

Skill Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of implementing and supporting ENTRA ID Okta SSO, MFA.
  • Required to be Okta certified developer/Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience of integrating various applications with Okta.
  • Complete knowledge of process and flows of Open ID connect, SAML, OAuth.
  • In depth knowledge of API integration with Okta for authentication.
  • Understand the current CI/CD/IAM process of Customer’s across different systems and teams.
  • Lead the implementation for Okta across the Customer’s landscape.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging problems.
  • Good expertise in technologies such as Java / J2EE, RDBMS, Linux, LDAP and SSL.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the technical IAM organization-wide strategies, roadmap, etc.
  • Responsible for participating in and analyzing results of client Advisory engagements for identifying critical technical components and strategies required for successful implementation of IAM roadmaps and gap remediation.
  • Capable of performing the Okta Architect or Okta Engineer role on client engagements.
  • Guide the team in trouble shooting the issues faced during the product implementation.
  • Making use of the product OOTB (out of the box) functionality and Okta Access Gateway to implement the business requirement and also product SDKs, and APIs etc.
  • Manage custom development and address all technical & business requirements.
  • Communication with implementation/integration team to clarify detailed requirements.
  • Handling communication with the product vendor to resolve any product bug and SRs.
