Job Summary
The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. Key Responsibilities
1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Process Management Solutions Utilizing Itil Practices To Enhance Service Delivery And Operational Efficiency Across The Organization.
2. Lead Training Initiatives To Develop Team Capabilities In Itil, Snow Administration, And Other Relevant Technologies, Ensuring A Skilled Workforce That Mitigates Delivery Risks.
3. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions That Leverage A Deep Understanding Of Process Management And It Service Frameworks.
4. Drive Continuous Knowledge Enhancement By Exploring And Integrating New Technologies, Ensuring Solutions Are Innovative, Current, And Aligned With Quality Standards And Client Expectations.
