Job Summary

The Technical Architect will be responsible for leading the architectural design and development of solutions utilizing SAILPOINT IDENTITYNOW and SAILPOINT FAM. This role is critical in ensuring that product delivery aligns with defined standards and meets client requirements. The architect will also play a key role in training and mentoring team members to build expertise within the technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Robust Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Leveraging Sailpoint Identitynow And Sailpoint Fam, Ensuring Alignment With Client Specifications And Quality Standards.
2. Mentor And Train Team Members On Sailpoint Technologies And Best Practices To Ensure A Skilled Workforce And Mitigate Delivery Risks.
3. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Specifications, Analyze Requirements, And Deliver Tailored Solutions That Meet Business Needs Using Sailpoint Capabilities.
4. Stay Updated On Emerging Technologies And Trends Within Identity Management, Applying Innovative Approaches To Enhance Solutions And Maintain Competitive Advantage.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Sailpoint Identitynow And Sailpoint Fam With A Solid Understanding Of Identity Governance And Administration.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Java Development Principles And Practices As They Relate To Identity Solutions.
3. Experience In Architectural Design Principles And Methodologies.
4. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Guide Teams And Interact With Clients Effectively.
