Job Summary

The Technical Architect for Security Incident Response plays a crucial role in the design and implementation of security solutions, particularly in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). This position is responsible for leading architectural initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security solutions, and fostering team development to maintain a robust cybersecurity posture. The role is pivotal in aligning security strategies with organizational goals and enhancing incident response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Implement Comprehensive Security Solutions Using Siem Technologies, Ensuring They Meet Organizational Standards And Effectively Mitigate Risks.
2. Train And Mentor Team Members In Security Incident Response And Siem Practices, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Ensuring The Availability Of Skilled Resources.
3. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Requirements And Deliver Tailored Security Solutions That Align With Client Needs And Industry Best Practices.
4. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Security Technologies And Trends, Integrating New Tools And Methodologies Into Existing Frameworks To Enhance Solution Effectiveness And Compliance With Quality Standards.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Security Incident Response Methodologies And Frameworks.
2. Proficiency In Siem Tools And Technologies Such As Splunk, Arcsight, Or Qradar.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Security Best Practices, Incident Management, And Threat Intelligence.
4. Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Related To Cybersecurity.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Security+ Certification
