Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Servicenow Solutions By Leveraging Itil Frameworks, Ensuring The Delivery Aligns With Client Specifications And Industry Best Practices.
2. Develop And Implement Training Programs For Team Members To Build Expertise In Servicenow Functionalities, Thereby Enhancing The Team'S Capability And Reducing Delivery Risks.
3. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Analyze Requirements, Delivering Tailored Solutions That Address Specific Business Needs Within The It Service Management Domain.
4. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies And Trends In Itsm, Ensuring The Solutions Designed Reflect Current Standards And Meet Evolving Client Requirements.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Servicenow Functional Consulting With A Strong Understanding Of Itil And Itsm Principles.
2. Solid Knowledge Of Servicenow Modules And Configurations, Including Incident, Problem, Change, And Service Request Management.
3. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Specifications.
4. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Facilitate Collaboration With Clients And Team Members.

Other Requirements

1. Servicenow Certified Implementation Specialist (Optional But Valuable).
2. Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable)
