Job Title: ITIL & Agile Coach Band : E-4.1/4.2 Location: Any location in India Department: COE Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ITIL & Agile Coach to drive process excellence and delivery maturity across ModernOps/SRE and engineering teams. This role will lead the adoption of ITIL-aligned service management practices and Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe where applicable), enabling predictable delivery, high service reliability, and continuous improvement. You will coach teams and leaders to integrate incident/problem/change management with agile execution. Key Responsibilities: Coach cross-functional teams on Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), including ceremonies, backlog refinement, estimation, flow metrics, and continuous delivery mindset. Establish and operationalize ITIL best practices across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge, and Continual Service Improvement (CSI). Integrate SRE operating model with ITIL processes—aligning SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and reliability priorities into service management workflows. Drive implementation of standardized incident management: severity models, escalation paths, on-call readiness, communication templates, and post-incident reviews (blameless). Build and mature Problem Management: RCA quality, trend/Pareto analysis, known error database, and reduction of repeat incidents through preventive actions. Modernize Change Enablement: risk-based change classification, CAB optimization (where needed), automated approvals, change failure rate reduction, and rollback/DR readiness. Enable Agile-Service Management (Agile + ITIL): convert operational work into well-formed backlog items, prioritize by customer impact and reliability,

3. Conduct Training Sessions To Develop The Team’S Expertise In Vmware Technologies, Ensuring A Skilled Workforce Capable Of Meeting Project Demands And Mitigating Delivery Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Comprehensive Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With Client Needs And Industry Standards.
5. Stay Current With Emerging Technologies And Best Practices In Sddc And Aria Monitoring Tools, Ensuring That The Solutions Designed Meet Quality Standards And Enhance Operational Efficiency.
