The Role The Business Development Manager (BDM) will own and drive business growth for onsite data center support services for hyperscaler customers, including Smart Hands, Remote Hands, IMAC, white-glove support, racking & stacking, break-fix coordination, and operational support. This role requires deep understanding of hyperscaler data center operations, security and compliance requirements, vendor ecosystems, onsite support models, and global delivery standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience selling or managing services inside hyperscaler environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Meta, Oracle Cloud, etc.).. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities across hyperscaler-owned and hyperscaler-leased data centers. Develop account penetration strategies for hyperscalers and their colocation partners. Build strong relationships with hyperscaler operations teams, cluster managers, technical program managers, and vendor management offices. Coordinate regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with hyperscaler stakeholders. Understand hyperscaler onsite support requirements including: Smart Hands & Remote Hands activities Fiber/copper cabling Racking & stacking Equipment swaps, installations, decommissioning Network device assistance Inventory and asset management Develop accurate SoW (Scope of Work), SLA models, pricing, timelines, and compliance documentation.
