Job Summary

This role provides enterprise-level strategic consulting expertise to the Sales Support organization, driving alignment of domain knowledge with business objectives and enabling transformative sales solutions. The position leverages deep domain acumen to influence sales strategy, optimize processes, and ensure the delivery of high-value support across complex client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead enterprise strategy initiatives using advanced domain expertise to align sales support operations with organizational growth objectives.
2. Define and implement sales process frameworks employing CRM platforms and analytics tools, optimizing pipeline management and client engagement.
3. Advise executive stakeholders on complex sales solutions, leveraging domain knowledge to influence decision-making and drive strategic outcomes.
4. Develop organizational transformation roadmaps by integrating industry best practices and emerging technologies into sales support processes.
5. Oversee portfolio strategy for sales support programs, ensuring consistent delivery of high-impact solutions across global accounts.
6. Mentor domain specialists in applying advanced industry concepts and tools to solve complex client challenges and elevate sales support effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
