Looking for a hands-on Network Architect who is a geek at heart and is seeking to learn more about and implement cutting edge SDN & AI-DC Network technology platformsThe individual will have designed, implemented, rolled out and troubleshoot networks across DC LAN, Campus LAN and WAN technologies. Should be a “guru” in understanding Network technologies and preferably have had exposure to some of these platforms in their previous work experiences. The role will require expertise in Cisco ACI, VMWare, Juniper, F5 Arista, Nexus, VXLAN, Understanding of similar platforms and entails driving niche implementations in cutting edge Network Technologies in SDN platforms.The role includes designing & implementing niche technologies for our customers in the Data Center Networks (Data) domain and is and will require troubleshooting along with partner BU and TAC teams to ensure these implementations meet the business objectives within the timelines committed. responsible for designing, deploying, and operating high-performance, highly scalable network infrastructure to support AI/ML workloads, GPU clusters, and data-intensive applications. This role focuses on low-latency, high-throughput networking architectures required for distributed AI training, inference, and data pipeline operations across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments. Also supporting Pre-Sales teams as SMEs in the RFIs, RFPs.The candidate should preferably have 14+ years or more of experience in Network technologies with preferably a CCIE Or Vmware VCIX-NV certifications.ResponsibilitiesDevelop expertise in Software Defined Networks, Data Center for OEM such as Cisco, Arista, HP etc.), Campus LAN designs, Good to have capabilities in Automation using Python or similar and Network Simulation and Performance Tools.Design and implement leaf-spine / Clos-based data center networks optimized for AI workloads. Architect low-latency, high-bandwidth fabrics (100G / 200G / 400G / 800G)Design RDMA-enabled networks (RoCEv2 / InfiniBand alternatives). Define lossless Ethernet configurations (PFC, ECN, QoS tuning). Build scalable east-west traffic architectures for GPU cluster communication. Integrate AI cluster networking with storage fabrics (NVMe-oF, parallel file systems)Develop hybrid connectivity models (on-prem DC, cloud AI services, inter-DC fabrics)Deploy network monitoring tools for: Real-time telemetry (gRPC, SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow) Flow-level visibility for AI workloadsUse AIOps platforms to: Detect anomalies in high-performance fabrics . Predict congestion and capacity bottlenecksAdd value to existing customers, develop service products in the lab and work on a GTM with Products group and develop organizational capability in Network platformsDoing the Network Assessment for different Client for their Data Center Network, AI LAN, WAN. Generate Gap Analysis report and Improvement plan.Develop Best Practices for implementation, migration and transition for SDN as well as Networks for AI.Develop lab for multiple vendor offerings (Cisco ACI, Juniper, Arista, NDO, NDI, Nokia Fabric) for Proof of Concepts, Demos and new technology testingDevelop roadmaps for Service Offerings, Point of Views for Technology Roadmaps and comparisons of platforms of competing vendors.Support to Presales team for Solution Architecture , Approach
