Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Associate responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads through structured outreach efforts. The role focuses heavily on outbound prospecting across channels to build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential prospects using LinkedIn, databases, and online research
  • Run outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels
  • Craft personalized outreach messages to drive engagement and responses
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and leads in CRM tools
  • Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and move them through the funnel
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategy
  • Track and report on outreach performance (responses, meetings booked, conversions)

Key Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to personalize outreach at scale
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation tools
  • High level of persistence and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification

Preferred:

  • Experience in outbound lead generation or inside sales
  • Exposure to international markets is a plus

Success Metrics:

  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Meetings booked for the sales team
  • Outreach response and conversion rates

2. To Prepare Content For Collaterals With Relevant Teams.
3. To Support In The Development Of Marketing Collateral Under Guidance.
4. To Update And Maintain Databases Or Documentation Related To Industry Trends.
