Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Associate responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads through structured outreach efforts. The role focuses heavily on outbound prospecting across channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential prospects using LinkedIn, databases, and online research
- Run outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels
- Craft personalized outreach messages to drive engagement and responses
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and leads in CRM tools
- Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and move them through the funnel
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategy
- Track and report on outreach performance (responses, meetings booked, conversions)
Key Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to personalize outreach at scale
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation tools
- High level of persistence and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification
Preferred:
- Experience in outbound lead generation or inside sales
- Exposure to international markets is a plus
Success Metrics:
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Meetings booked for the sales team
- Outreach response and conversion rates
