Job Summary
The Innovation Champion is responsible for driving a culture of innovation across the organization by identifying opportunities, fostering creative thinking, and enabling the development and implementation of new ideas, processes, and solutions. This role acts as a catalyst for change, helping teams translate innovative concepts into tangible business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across teams and functions
- Identify and evaluate new ideas, technologies, and best practices that align with business goals
- Act as a bridge between business units, technology teams, and leadership to drive innovation programs
- Support in developing innovative solutions and projects
- Manage innovation pipelines, ensuring ideas are tracked, assessed, and implemented effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute innovation initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to bring relevant insights into the organization
- Drive experimentation through pilots, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Showcase HCL offerings, Assets and Demos to the customers.
