The Role This role is responsible for shaping and positioning comprehensive data center operations and support solutions during the presales phase. It translates customer requirements for 24×7 facility management, onsite support, and remote/smart hands into scalable, SLA-driven service models. The focus is on defining how day-to-day operations, incident response, break-fix, rack and stack, inventory management, and lifecycle activities will be delivered across one or multiple data center sites. The role evaluates current-state environments and designs optimized operating models covering staffing, shift patterns, skill mix, ticket handling, escalation paths, and governance. It ensures that proposed solutions are operationally robust, cost-efficient, and aligned with uptime and compliance expectations. Close collaboration with delivery teams, partners, and field service providers is essential to ensure the solution is practical and executable. In addition, the role owns the creation of RFP/RFI responses, commercials, and customer-facing presentations, clearly articulating value in terms of improved MTTR, availability, and predictable operating costs. It plays a key part in transitioning won deals into delivery by defining clear scopes, SLAs, and operating frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Define end-to-end Data Center Facility Management and Smart/Remote Hands scope covering 24×7 operations, incident/break-fix, rack & stack, inventory management, and lifecycle maintenance. Design operating and staffing models including shift patterns, skill pyramids, onsite vs remote mix, dispatch logic, and escalation frameworks aligned to SLAs and response targets. 2. To Work With Marketing Team To Develop And Collateralize Documents And Ensure Those Value Proposition Are Readily Available To Teams.
3. To Collaborate With Various Internal Teams To Assemble And Create Content For Marketing Materials Such As White Papers And Case Studies That Effectively Convey Hcltech'S Value Proposition.
4. To Collaborate With Sales Team (Hunting & Farming) On Key Focus Areas & Customer Profiles.
