Presales Solution Architect Location: Noida We are seeking an experienced and visionary Pre sales Solution Architect to support the development of complex, multi-service, and transformational solutions for our clients. As an expert in IT services, including Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services, you will design, implement, and deliver end-to-end integrated solutions tailored to meet our clients' unique needs and goals. This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring solution alignment with client objectives while driving maximum value for both the client and our organization. Key Responsibilities: • Consulting solutioning skills, talk/advise/challenge clients and senior architects across Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services. Work alongside sales leaders and client partners to ideate, form points of view and design solutions etc. • Presales support & Solution Design : Design solutions (Managed services) in the areas of Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace Services, and Managed Network Services. Ensure that the solutions are integrated seamlessly and aligned with client goals. • Ownership and supporting Presales for RFP/RFI/RFQ’s within IT infrastructure services domain and integrated IT Outsourcing pursuits • Client Engagement & Tailored Solutions:Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business and technical requirements. Design and deliver customized solutions that meet these needs across the various service towers. • Pre-Sales & Technical Presentations: Lead pre-sales activities by creating compelling technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the company’s capabilities and solutions. • Best Practices & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the areas of cloud, data centers, workplace services, and managed networks. Recommend and implement best practices to optimize solution design and delivery. • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, integrated solutions. Mentor and guide junior professionals in solution architecture to build a high-performing, knowledgeable team. • Workshops & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, drive discussions, and build consensus for solution approaches. Engage in strategic decision-making to address client challenges. • Transformational Solutions Development: Lead the development of solutions that drive business transformation across multiple service towers. Ensure that all proposed solutions align with client goals and are strategically impactful. • Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Provide in-depth expertise and guidance across multiple domains, particularly Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace, and Managed Network Services. • Collaboration & Decision-Making: Collaborate with various teams across the organization, managing key decisions and fostering teamwork to deliver robust, integrated solutions. • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients, facilitating critical decision-making processes and ensuring that the proposed solutions exceed client expectations.
