The Role This role focuses on presales solutioning for software-driven and automated data center operations. It defines how monitoring, control, and orchestration platforms such as BMS, EPMS, SCADA, DCIM, and digital twins come together to enable predictive, efficient, and remotely managed facilities. Working with customers, it assesses automation maturity and designs target architectures for telemetry, event management, dashboards, and workflow automation. It shapes integration approaches between facility systems and IT/operations tools to create a unified, data-driven operating model. The role owns technical and commercial inputs to RFPs, builds pricing for platforms and integrations, and presents modernization roadmaps that highlight efficiency gains, reduced manual effort, and improved operational visibility. Key Responsibilities: Automation and control solutions integrating BMS, EPMS, SCADA, DCIM, and telemetry platforms for unified DC operations. Act as solution authority for DC automation platforms, translating operational challenges into scalable, software-driven architectures. Define event-driven and workflow-based operating models for monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation. Design digital twin and data modelling approaches for capacity planning, simulation, and predictive operations. Conduct automation maturity and gap assessments and create modernization roadmaps for customers. Lead RFP/RFI responses covering integration scope, data flows, dashboards, analytics, and licensing models. Build pricing and commercials for automation stacks including sensors, gateways, software, and integration services. Collaborate with automation CoE, facility engineering, and OEMs to validate interoperability and deployment approach.

4. To Collaborate With Sales Team (Hunting & Farming) On Key Focus Areas & Customer Profiles.
