LLM Engineer The Role The LLM Engineer specializes in building, customizing, and operationalizing Large Language Model (LLM)–based solutions. This role focuses on model selection, fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and production deployment of language-based AI systems. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end AI and LLM‑based solutions, from data preprocessing to model inference and integration. Build, train, fine‑tune, and evaluate deep learning and language models for tasks such as text understanding, information extraction, classification, and generation. Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve accuracy, relevance, and reliability of LLM outputs. Develop and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion, preprocessing, anonymization, and feature engineering. Integrate LLM and GenAI capabilities using modern AI frameworks and libraries to support enterprise use cases. Build scalable and containerized AI applications using Docker and deploy them in development or production environments. Develop automation scripts and backend services using Python and related scripting tools to support AI workflows.
