Job Summary

The Innovation Champion is responsible for driving a culture of innovation across the organization by identifying opportunities, fostering creative thinking, and enabling the development and implementation of new ideas, processes, and solutions. This role acts as a catalyst for change, helping teams translate innovative concepts into tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across teams and functions
• Identify and evaluate new ideas, technologies, and best practices that align with business goals
• Act as a bridge between business units, technology teams, and leadership to drive innovation programs
• Support in developing innovative solutions and projects
• Manage innovation pipelines, ensuring ideas are tracked, assessed, and implemented effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute innovation initiatives
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to bring relevant insights into the organization
• Drive experimentation through pilots, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Showcase HCL offerings, Assets and Demos to the customers.
