Job Summary
- To work effectively with the key stakeholders across the Hybrid Cloud Solutions practice and Business Development Executives (BDEs) within HCL Technologies to effectively lead the aligned pre-sales engagements to success.
- Candidate should be able to participate in deep architectural discussions with customers globally (CXO level) with good solution presentation/articulation skills ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the datacenter/cloud.
- To demonstrate the credibility of HCL Data center and Cloud (IaaS/PaaS) Technology Solutions at all levels, but with a particular focus on key decision makers at the customers' organization
- Strategy & Innovation: articulate business/industry fundamentals (e.g., Vertical, BFSI, Healthcare); understand regulations and operational excellence; familiarity with business strategy and trends in the IT industry (e.g., CI/CD, IoT, Predictive Analytics)
- Technology Breadth: demonstrate architectural best practices applied across a breadth of technologies to solve organizational problems, articulate views/roadmaps for future development, and understand the interaction between infrastructure, operations, and development
- Technology Depth: demonstrate detailed knowledge of concepts, implementation, patterns, and issues of at least one technology area; demonstrate the ability to quickly assimilate information about new technologies and business models
- To cover prospects/customers based across all the globe, ability to travel globally as and when required
- Analyse customer business problems, elicit functional and non-functional requirements, and formulate actionable strategies to solve customer challenges by leveraging existing offerings or through the creation of new GTM offerings.
- Producing compelling value propositions and customer solutions, throughout the sales lifecycle, owning the Cloud Solutions elements of formal RFI/PQQ and client conversations / presentations as required
- Be fully mobile and support BDEs in client presentations and Meetings supporting the proposed technical solutions
Be at the forefront of technology discussions within the Managed Services, Cloud and Hybrid IT space and actively liaise with the Service Design and Management teams within the practice to contribute towards the successfully

3. To Collaborate With Various Internal Teams To Assemble And Create Content For Marketing Materials Such As White Papers And Case Studies That Effectively Convey Hcltech'S Value Proposition.
4. To Collaborate With Sales Team (Hunting & Farming) On Key Focus Areas & Customer Profiles.
