Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for DC Design & Build offerings, from concept and validation to scale and continuous improvement.
- Define long-term product vision and roadmap for standardized, modular DC design and build offerings.
- Create and maintain service catalogues, pricing models, and configurable design/build packages.
- Develop reference architectures integrating MEP, ICT, sustainability, automation, and high-density compute readiness.
- Work with engineering and delivery teams to convert deep technical capabilities into repeatable offerings.
- Enable presales through solution kits, SOW templates, proposal frameworks, and estimation tools.
- Engage customers and market stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously refine the offering portfolio.
- Build business cases and drive cost optimization through vendor and design standardization.
- Define delivery of playbooks, quality benchmarks, and training material for consistent global execution.
- Support go-to-market activities, messaging, and competitive positioning for DC design and build services
Qualifications & Experience
- 10-12 years of Experience converting engineering-heavy solutions into standardized offerings
- Proven experience owning portfolio or offering management for DC design, build, or infrastructure services
- Strong expertise in DC design (MEP, Power, Cooling, ICT, Fire Safety, White Space Build).
- Comfortable operating at strategy, GTM, and executive stakeholder levels
- Understanding of DCIM/BMS platforms, sustainability levers, and AI/HPC infrastructure.
- Product management skills – roadmap creation, pricing, competitive benchmarking, GTM alignment.
- Excellent cross‑functional leadership and customer engagement abilities. 7–15+ years in Data Center Engineering, PMO/PMC, or Product Management.

- Strategic portfolio and offering ownership.
- Measured on adoption, scalability, margin performance, and GTM success
- Strong collaboration with engineering, delivery, presales, procurement, and automation teams
- Not a project delivery role; focuses on scalable, repeatable services.
