Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for DC Facility Management offerings, from definition and validation to scale and continuous optimization.
- Define comprehensive global service catalogues for facility operations, preventive maintenance, monitoring, compliance, and energy management across single and multi-site data centers.
- Standardize SLAs, KPIs, reporting structures, and governance models to ensure consistent and measurable service delivery across regions and customer environments.
- Develop detailed pricing, costing, and packaging frameworks that support modular, scalable, and commercially competitive facility management offerings.
- Embed sustainability and energy optimization practices, including PUE improvement and carbon-aware operations, into baseline service definitions.
- Collaborate with automation and CoE teams to integrate remote monitoring, analytics, and command-center driven operational capabilities.
- Create detailed delivery playbooks, SOP libraries, and transition methodologies to enable predictable and repeatable global execution.
- Monitor service performance trends and customer feedback to drive structured continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Support presales and go-to-market efforts with standardized artefacts, benchmarks, and outcome-based value propositions for customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related field.
- Proven experience owning service or offering portfolios within DC Facility Management or critical environments
- Demonstrated ability to convert operational practices into standardized service products
- 10-12 years in data center operations or facility management.
- Strong understanding of power, cooling, maintenance, and compliance processes.
- Experience in service design, SLA/KPI definition, and cost modelling.
- Exposure to DCIM/BMS and energy management platforms preferred.
- Comfortable operating at strategy, GTM, and executive stakeholder levels.

- Product and service definition role, not day-to-day operations.
