Job Summary

To ensure the business solution designed is based on the holistic view across all the processes of assigned domain while leveraging the pre-delivered best Practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. To integrate/re-engineer / design process(s) to maximize the adoption and usage of pre-delivered Best Practices /Standard Functionalities
2. To evaluate & recommend different appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.
3. To identify and facilitate customer to implement organizational changes required for effective business product Implementation
4. To design and conduct solution workshop(s) to get early buy-in from the relevant stakeholders and thereby also identify additional opportunities to engage with the client
5. To develop and guide others for their career progression
6. To continually update oneself for developing self; contribute to business cases| market collaterals etc.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
