Job Summary

To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
