ServiceNow Architects / Sr Developers E4.1
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Establish and enforce ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and product owners to align ServiceNow strategy with organizational goals.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow features and capabilities, and drive platform roadmap and innovation.
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
- Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript), data modeling, ACLs, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in ServiceNow integrations and orchestration.
- Experience with CMDB design and ITOM Discovery/Service Mapping.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
· Mandatory:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any module)
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ServiceNow AI/ML Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics.
- Exposure to domain separation, multi-instance strategy, and enterprise-grade security models.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or consulting firms.
