Job Summary

Overview Seeking a proactive Automation and AI Consultant to join our Infrastructure Support team. This role focuses on optimizing IT infrastructure through automation and leveraging AI for enhanced efficiency and reliability. You\'ll contribute to improving system performance, reducing manual efforts, and accelerating issue resolution. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) for automated provisioning and configuration. • Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for routine tasks (updates, patching, backups). • Integrate and leverage cloud AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for infrastructure monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance. • Collaborate with AI teams on infrastructure and networking solutions optimized for AI/ML workloads. • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments. • Design and implement AI-optimized networking solutions for high-speed, low-latency data transfers • AI-driven solutions, for anomaly detection, threat prediction, and automated response systems • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, leveraging automation and AI insights. • Experience in building and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions/platforms. • Experience in LLM’s like GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Llama and small language models like Gemini flash, Ollama, Gemma, Phi • Experience in Agentic frameworks lime Lang chain, Lang graph , Langsmit, Crew AI, Autogen etc • Experience in designing automation solutions for both Cloud and On-Prem. • Qualifications • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Experience in infrastructure automation, cloud platforms (AWS) scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and IaC/CI/CD tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins). • Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and monitoring tools (Dynatrace). • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Good to Have • Experience in multi-cloud environments. • Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure DevOps). • Knowledge of network architecture, database programming, and data modeling.
