Job Summary

• Planning & Scope Definition: Define project goals, schedules, and budgets, while reviewing engineering drawings, construction documents, and technical specs.
  
  
• Execution & Oversight: Manage cross-functional teams, facilities personnel, and external vendors to deliver critical capacity (DC builds, cabling, compute, and AI infrastructure) on schedule.
  
  
• Mechanical & Electrical Systems: Oversee electrical distribution, UPS/generator backups, redundant cooling paths (N+1 / 2N), fire detection, and building automation systems.
  
  
• Budget & Resource Management: Track capital and operational expenditures, manage vendor contracts, and forecast resource procurement.
  
  
• Risk & Compliance: Identify technical and non-technical roadblocks, mitigate site risks, and ensure compliance with building and safety codes (such as NFPA, NEC, or OSHA).
