Job Summary

Key requirements to source relevant profiles: (Please check the attached JD for detailed Description Techno-Functional Consultant (70% technical + 8+ years of experience) Implementation experience with any 3 Core HR (Global HR) modules AI agentic studio – ideally Expert who implemented agents , ( but if in case we are not getting the profiles then intermediate (Someone with understanding of the concepts , has learning experience ) Technical Skills: Java, SQL Redwood – 26B version

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to gather and understand reporting requirements
2. Develop, and maintain reports using oracle fusion otbi
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for oracle fusion otbi
4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within reports
5. Customize and configure oracle fusion otbi to optimize reporting capabilities
6. Train end-users on how to utilize oracle fusion otbi for generating reports
7. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in oracle fusion otbi and related technologies

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in oracle fusion otbi reporting tool
2. Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices
3. Knowledge of oracle fusion application modules and data structures
4. Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets
5. Good communication and client facing skills
6. Problem-solving and analytical thinking
7. Time management and organizational skills

Other Requirements

1.Oracle Fusion OTBI certification is preferred
