Job Summary
At least 10+ years of technology experience with 2-3 years as a Solution Architect in the Payments/Cards domain 3. Expertise in card management platforms (e.g. VisionPLUS, Way4, First Data, CardPac etc.) and experience with end-to-end card lifecycle management, including acquiring, issuance, activation, transaction processing, and settlements. 4. Deep understanding of card processing flows, including authorization, clearing, and settlement, as well as dispute management and chargeback processes. 5. Comprehensive understanding of card products, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards, with experience in designing solutions for co-branded cards, corporate card programs, and loyalty/rewards cards. 6. Experience in developing and integrating loyalty programs, cashback rewards, and installment payment options, to enhance cardholder engagement. 7. Experience with payment gateways, payment processors, and clearing systems. 8. In-depth knowledge of card industry standards and regulations, such as PCI-DSS, EMV, PSD2 9. Experience in implementing security measures like tokenization, 3D Secure to comply with regulatory and industry mandates. 10. Knowledge of data management practices specific to payments and cards, including data privacy and data security
Key Responsibilities
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
