Job Summary

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Infrastructure Lead to oversee the management, optimization, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for Windows, Linux, VMware virtualization, Azure Cloud, Storage, Backup & Restore operations, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and business continuity.\\r\\n\\r\\nThe Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for driving infrastructure strategy, managing service delivery, implementing best practices, and leading infrastructure transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management\\r\\nLead the design, deployment, administration, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure platforms.\\r\\nManage Windows Server and Linux server environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.\\r\\nOversee VMware virtualization infrastructure including ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, DRS, and capacity planning.\\r\\nEnsure infrastructure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.\\r\\nDrive infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.\\r\\nCloud Management (Microsoft Azure)\\r\\nManage Azure infrastructure services including:\\r\\nVirtual Machines\\r\\nVirtual Networks\\r\\nLoad Balancers\\r\\nAzure Storage\\r\\nAzure Backup\\r\\nAzure Site Recovery\\r\\nAzure Monitor\\r\\nAzure Security Center\\r\\nSupport cloud migration, optimization, and cost management initiatives.\\r\\nEnsure cloud security, governance, and operational excellence.\\r\\nStorage Administration\\r\\nManage enterprise storage platforms (SAN/NAS/Object Storage).\\r\\nPerform storage provisioning, performance tuning, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.\\r\\nEnsure data availability and storage optimization.\\r\\nBackup & Disaster Recovery\\r\\nManage enterprise backup solutions and recovery processes.\\r\\nDefine and maintain Backup & Restore policies.\\r\\nConduct regular recovery testing and disaster recovery drills.\\r\\nEnsure RPO and RTO objectives are met.\\r\\nTeam Leadership\\r\\nLead and manage infrastructure engineers and administrators.\\r\\nProvide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management.\\r\\nAllocate resources and monitor project timelines.\\r\\nEstablish operational procedures and support documentation.\\r\\nIncident & Problem Management\\r\\nLead major incident response and troubleshooting efforts.\\r\\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.\\r\\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure services.\\r\\nVendor & Stakeholder Management\\r\\nCoordinate with technology vendors and service providers.\\r\\nManage infrastructure contracts, support renewals, and SLAs.\\r\\nWork closely with business stakeholders, application teams, and security teams.
