Dynamics CRM Functional Associate Consultant

Job Summary

The Associate Consultant is responsible for CRM / D365 CE OOTB,Configuration, focusing on configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet the clients' requirements and objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into crm / d365 ce configurations.
2. Customize and configure crm / d365 ce out of the box (ootb) functionalities to meet specific business needs.
3. Collaborate within team for successful implementation of crm solutions.
4. Conduct system testing and user training for smooth adoption and functioning of the crm system.
5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for crm systems postimplementation.

Skill Requirements

1. Knowledge of crm / d365 ce out of the box (ootb) functionalities.
2. Understanding of crm configurations and customizations.
3. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within crm systems.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
5. Knowledge of crm best practices and industry trends in crm configurations.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in CRM / D365 CE OOTB configurations would be a plus.
