Dynamics CRM Functional Lead Consultant

Job Summary

The Lead Consultant is responsible for CRM / D365 CE OOTB,Configuration, overseeing the configuration and outofthebox functionalities of CRM / D365 CE. The primary focus is on streamlining processes and optimizing the CRM system to meet business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure and customize crm / d365 ce outofthebox (ootb) functionalities to align with business needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into crm solutions.
3. Lead the development and implementation of crm strategies and best practices.
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance on crm / d365 ce configurations.
5. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
6. Stay updated on crm trends and technologies to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of crm / d365 ce outofthebox (ootb) functionalities and configuration.
2. Proficiency in customizing and configuring crm solutions to meet business requirements.
3. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and articulate technical concepts.
4. Ability to lead crm projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions within timelines.
5. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve crm system issues promptly.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in CRM / D365 CE configuration are a plus.
