Dynamics CRM Senior Technical Architect

Job Summary

Contribute to shaping and delivering CRM / D365 CE solutions while serving as the Senior Technical Architect. Responsible for overseeing Out of the Box (OOTB) configurations, customization, and extensions within the CRM / D365 CE platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within crm / d365 ce.
2. Design and implement crm / d365 ce ootb configurations to meet business needs efficiently.
3. Develop and maintain crm / d365 ce customization and extensions as per project requirements.
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within the crm / d365 ce environment.
6. Stay updated with the latest crm / d365 ce features and functionalities to optimize the platform effectively.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth expertise in configuring crm / d365 ce out of the box (ootb) functionalities.
2. Proficient in customizing crm / d365 ce entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
3. Strong experience in implementing crm / d365 ce extensions using c#, .net, javascript, and typescript.
4. Ability to architect complex crm / d365 ce solutions and integrations to meet business requirements.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting crm / d365 ce issues.
6. Good communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Certified1.Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration certification is preferred.
