Lead technical design and development for D365 CE in Marketing module/ Customer Insights – Journeys solutions

Provide advanced L2/L3 support for complex application and integration issues

Design and develop custom components (plugins, workflows, APIs, integrations)
-
Develop high-performance synchronous and asynchronous C# plugins and services ensuring scalability and minimal impact on system upgrades
-
Design and implement advanced Power Automate solutions and integrations (APIs, Azure services) with secure, fault-tolerant patterns
-
Architect event-driven and API-based integrations supporting Customer Insights journeys, campaigns, and data flows across systems
-
Ensure all customizations are upgrade-compliant, solution-aware (managed layers), and aligned with ALM and DevOps practices
-
Integrate Copilot and AI-driven capabilities to enable intelligent campaign execution, automation, and personalization within governed frameworks
Key Responsibilities

Architect scalable solutions aligned with global template and governance standards
-
Troubleshoot performance, integration, and platform-level issues
-
Own end-to-end resolution of critical incidents including RCA
-
Implement and optimize integrations using Azure services, APIs, and Dataverse
-
Lead technical delivery of change requests and enhancements
-
Drive code quality, performance optimization, and best practices
-
Support D365 upgrades, platform changes, and release deployments
-
Perform impact analysis and ensure compatibility of customizations
-
Mentor junior consultants and guide technical solutioning
-
Work closely with functional teams to translate requirements into technical design
-
Ensure proper documentation (TDD, technical runbooks, deployment guides)
-
Collaborate with Microsoft and third-party vendors for L3 issue resolution
-
Support testing strategy including SIT, regression, and performance validation
-
Participate in architecture and governance reviews
-
Ensure compliance with security, coding standards, and audit requirements
-
Work in global support model with on-call support for critical issues
-
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and platform stability initiatives
