Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for D365 modules.

Perform manual and automated testing of D365 applications and related systems.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements.

Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing.
-
Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Contribute to test automation frameworks and continuous testing pipelines where applicable.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with training/knowledge transfer to business users.

Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices across all testing activities.
Skill Requirements
-
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

Strong understanding of testing practices, QA methodologies, and software development life cycle (SDLC).

Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Test Manager, HP ALM, etc.).

Experience with integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., Power Platform, Azure services, third-party apps).

Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
-
Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
-
Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, RSAT, EasyRepro, or similar).

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable Qualifications

Microsoft certifications related to D365 or QA/testing.
-
Experience with testing data migrations and D365 upgrades.

Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
-
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) testing.
-
Previous experience in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or public sector.
