Job Summary

The Senior Developer will be responsible for working with CRM / D365 CE OOTB,Configuration, Cust. The primary responsibilities include configuring and customizing CRM / D365 CE according to business requirements to enhance customer relationship management processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure crm / d365 ce out of the box (ootb) functionalities to meet business needs.
2. Customize crm / d365 ce solutions based on client requirements.
3. Develop and implement crm / d365 ce configurations to optimize customer relationship management.
4. Collaborate within team to integrate crm / d365 ce with other systems.
5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for crm / d365 ce related issues.

Skill Requirements

1. Solid understanding of crm / d365 ce out of the box (ootb) functionalities.
2. Experience in crm / d365 ce configuration and customization.
3. Knowledge of customer relationship management processes.
4. Ability to translate business requirements into crm / d365 ce solutions.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
