EDI Senior Technical Specialist - Sterling Integrator

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist (edi ,xml,sterling integrator) is responsible for managing and supporting electronic data interchange (edi), XML, and Sterling Integrator systems. The role involves maintaining the efficiency and integrity of data exchange processes and configurations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing, implementing, and maintaining edi solutions to facilitate data exchange between systems and partners.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to xml formats, schemas, and transformations.
3. Configuring and optimizing sterling integrator maps, business processes, and communication setups.
4. Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
5. Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency.
6. Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams on edi, xml, and sterling integrator best practices.
7. Documenting processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in electronic data interchange (edi) standards and protocols.
2. Experience with xml technologies, including schemas, xslt, and xpath.
3. Strong knowledge of sterling integrator for data mapping, partner setups, and protocol configurations.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve data exchange issues efficiently.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
6. Attention to detail to ensure accurate mapping, data transformations, and system configurations.
7. Familiarity with edifact, ansi x12, xml, soap, restful web services.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in edi, XML, or Sterling Integrator are a plus.
Maximum Salary (US):  184,000
Minimum Salary (US):  125,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
