EDI Technical Lead - Sterling Integrator

Job Summary

The Technical Lead specializing in edi ,xml,sterling integrator will be responsible for managing and leading the technical aspects related to electronic data interchange, XML, and Sterling Integrator. The primary focus will be on ensuring smooth integration processes and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the technical implementation of edi systems, xml documents, and sterling integrator solutions.
2. Develop and implement efficient data exchange protocols and error handling mechanisms.
3. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of different systems and platforms.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data transformation, mapping, and transmission.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in edi, xml, and integration technologies.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide innovative technical solutions.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in electronic data interchange (edi) standards and protocols.
2. Proficiency in working with xml, including parsing, validation, and transformation.
3. Experience with sterling integrator for managing and streamlining b2b integrations.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross functional teams effectively.
6. Leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members towards successful project delivery.
7. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
