Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP/SAP Payroll. Knowledge of EC and EC Time Management is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be ECP certified and capable of supporting payroll operations, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / SAP HCM Payroll
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing including payroll runs and validations
- Work on payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types
- Maintain Employee Central data including Job Info, Compensation, and employee lifecycle
EC Time (Good to Have):
- Support EC Time Management (Time Off / Time Sheet)
- Handle time evaluation and payroll integration
- Ensure accurate leave and attendance processing
Implementation & Support:
- Participate in implementations, rollouts, and support projects
- Analyze business requirements and create functional designs
- Perform testing (Unit, SIT, UAT)
- Provide production support and resolve incidents
Integration & Compliance:
- Support EC-Payroll and Time-Payroll integrations
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation
Skill Requirements
- Strong experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) – Mandatory
- Knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types
- Understanding of integration concepts
- Knowledge of EC & EC Time Management is a plus
Other Requirements
Experience:
- 3–9 years of SAP HR / SuccessFactors experience
- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Implementation or support project experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EC and EC Time (Time Off / Time Sheet)
- Knowledge of SAP CPI / APIs
Exposure to Payroll Control Center (PCC)
