Job Summary

- Review PI transport move in Quality and Production system
- Create and Manage Deployment sheets and follow  Change Management Process(SAP ChaRM) for transports 
- Perform tech follow up tasks after changes/transports has been moved 
- Work with Basis Team to create necessary tickets for updating changes related to Integration Directory such as server names, service accounts
- Manage Communication Channels 
- Manage PI Adapter 
- Daily Checks and Monitoring of PI/PO systems including alerts and messages stuck in ECC or PI and reprocess messages
- Troubleshooting PI/PO issues and conduct sanity checks after scheduled maintenance or other outages
- Update expiring certificates and work with Basis in certificate process

Should have the knowledge or hands on in CPI which will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. To administer ERP in production environment
2. To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.
3. To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery
4. To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level
5. To train and transfer knowledge to the team members
