Senior Project ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Application Service Manager with experience to lead our application support and service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess good experience managing S4 HANA AMS Projects to drive troubleshooting and performance tuning, while leveraging a strong understanding of SAP / S4 environments to oversee complex integrated portfolios.Key ResponsibilitiesLead application support and service delivery for complex enterprise application portfolios.Provide hands-on technical leadership for troubleshooting, performance optimization, and custom application integrations.Manage functional and technical team responsibilities, including investigating and updating issue tickets and overseeing production deployment timelines.Coordinate post-deployment validation and cutover activities for enterprise systems.Assign and oversee tasks for Buganizer and GUTS tickets, ensuring accurate categorization and daily tracker updates.Manage Backlog, SLAs, Priorities (as part of AMS Project Daily Activities).Track Problem ManagementManage Customer leadership, handle weekly / monthly / Quarterly reviews.Mandatory QualificationsYears of Experience: professional experience in application service management or an equivalent senior technical role.Primary Technical Skills: Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in SAP / S4 are mandatory.Secondary Technical Skills: Proven experience supporting custom applications or integrations within an SAP ecosystem.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of revenue recognition, order management, or SAP RAR subledger is highly preferred.
