Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PPDS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP APO PPDS and/or SAP S/4HANA Embedded PPDS. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, implementation, support, and optimization of production planning and detailed scheduling processes across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP PPDS solutions.
  • Configure and support:
    • Production Planning
    • Detailed Scheduling
    • Capacity Planning
    • Sequencing
    • Order Planning
    • Heuristic Planning
    • Product View Management
    Support end-to-end PPDS implementations, enhancements, and AMS engagements.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Configure and support planning strategies, planning procedures, resource planning, and scheduling profiles.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.
  • Conduct SIT, UAT, cutover, and hyper-care support activities.Support production issues and continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and integrations.
