Job Summary

•  Must possess expertise in JD Edwards Demand Scheduling Execution (DSE), Manufacturing Planning, Shop Floor Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
• Analyze existing manufacturing, planning, and scheduling processes and design future-state solutions within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Configure Demand Scheduling, Customer Scheduling, Supplier Scheduling, Planning Messages, and Manufacturing processes.
• Support implementation of automotive EDI transactions including 830, 862, 866, and related scheduling integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and optimize demand-driven manufacturing processes.
• Support BOM, Routing, Work Orders, Production Scheduling, and Inventory Planning activities.
• Assist with master data conversion, demand schedule migration, and validation activities.
• Conduct fit-gap workshops and prepare functional design documents.
• Support SIT, UAT, integrated testing, and production deployment activities.
• Provide end-user training, process documentation, and hypercare support.
• Troubleshoot DSE, Manufacturing, and Inventory-related issues and provide timely resolution.
• Experience in Automotive Supply Chain, OEM/Tier-1 supplier environments, EDI-integrated scheduling processes, and Demand Scheduling Execution implementations will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. To administer ERP in production environment
2. To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.
3. To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery
4. To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level
5. To train and transfer knowledge to the team members
