Job Summary
Install, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments across Development, Prototype, CRP, UAT, Performance, and Production instances.
• Should have strong knolwedge on JDE 9.2 release and 64-bit framework. Exposure to latest JDE tools releases and strong understanding of different CNC offerings with new tool sets is preferred
• Define CNC deployment strategy, environment standards, and system governance framework.
• Manage package builds, deployments, ESU installations, ASU updates, Tools Release upgrades, and application code promotions.
• Lead JDE infrastructure planning, capacity management, performance tuning, and system optimization activities.
• Install and Administer WebLogic, HTML Servers, Enterprise Servers, AIS Servers, Orchestrator, Security Servers, and related JDE components. Knowledge of One click provisoning led installations will be a value add.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and infrastructure teams to support project deliverables and business requirements.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup, recovery, and business continuity requirements are established and maintained.
• Manage security administration, user provisioning, role assignments, password policies, and compliance requirements.
• Lead environment refreshes, data copies, cloning activities, and release management processes.
• Troubleshoot complex CNC, networking, security, performance, and deployment issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Support integrations involving EDI, Middleware, Orchestrator, BSSV, AIS, MFT, and third-party applications by liasioning with respective vendors
• Establish CNC operational procedures, deployment standards, monitoring processes, and technical documentation.
• Mentor CNC consultants and technical teams and provide guidance on JDE best practices.
• Coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness reviews, production deployments, and hypercare support activities.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure, AWS, virtualization technologies, and cloud-based JDE deployments will be a strong advantage.
• Should be an independent professional who can troubleshoot issues related to JDE architecture and peripheral components such as WebLogic, One View Reports. Reasonable troubleshooting skillsets to investigate database issues will be preferred
• Should be flexible to work in second shift (2 PM - 11 PM IST) and extend based on project priorities.
