Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Data Collection / Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in JavaScript and Adobe stack to manage and implement tracking solutions across digital platforms. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail, capable of working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Adobe Tag Management (Adobe Launch / Data Collection)
  • Design, develop, and maintain data layers aligned with business requirements
  • Ensure accurate tracking implementation across web platforms (including SPA)
  • Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data quality and compliance
  • Deploy and validate analytics and marketing tags (Adobe Analytics, third-party tools)
  • Handle release management including testing before and after production deployments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex tracking and data discrepancies
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and business stakeholders for implementation alignment
  • Maintain proper documentation and governance of tracking solutions

Required Skills

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in JavaScript 
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • Adobe Launch / Adobe Data Collection
    • Adobe Analytics
    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data Layer design and implementation
    • XDM schemas and event tracking
  • Experience with:
    • HTML/CSS, DOM manipulation
    • Debugging tools (browser dev tools, network analysis)
  • Knowledge of third-party tag integrations (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.)

Soft Skills

  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Good to Have

  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Exposure to CI/CD or release processes
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman)
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Team & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Netcentric and Salar teams
  • Collaborate across marketing, analytics, business and development teams
