Job Summary

• Must possess expertise in Infor Auto Release, Automotive Demand Management, Supplier Scheduling, and Release Management processes.
• Lead assessment and migration activities involving Infor Auto Release solutions to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Analyze customer demand schedules, shipping schedules, planning releases, and supplier collaboration processes.
• Support migration of automotive planning and scheduling processes from legacy platforms to JDE Demand Scheduling Execution (DSE) and related modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current-state automotive supply chain processes and define future-state solutions.
• Review EDI transactions including 830, 862, 866, 856, and related automotive documents.
• Configure and validate automotive customer scheduling and release management processes.
• Identify process gaps and provide recommendations based on JD Edwards best practices.
• Support integration activities between EDI systems, planning systems, and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Develop test scenarios, execute system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Assist in data migration, schedule conversion, and customer-demand reconciliation activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Create process documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
• Experience with automotive OEM and Tier-1 supplier business processes is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

2. To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.
3. To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery
4. To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level
5. To train and transfer knowledge to the team members
