Job Summary

• Must possess expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne integrations and interface development.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between JD Edwards and external applications.
• Develop solutions using Orchestrator, AIS Server, BSSV, REST APIs, business services, and middleware platforms.
• Support inbound and outbound EDI integrations including customer, supplier, logistics, and manufacturing transactions.
• Create technical specifications, interface mapping documents, and deployment procedures.
• Support data exchange, transformation, validation, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and provide root cause analysis.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and deployment support activities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, and infrastructure teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.

Key Responsibilities

1. To administer ERP in production environment
2. To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.
3. To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery
4. To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level
5. To train and transfer knowledge to the team members
