Job Summary

This role provides executive vision and strategic direction for complex solution architecture across digital business and engineering domains. The position drives innovation, ensures alignment with enterprise objectives, and influences technology adoption and transformation at a global scale. They champion architectural governance, set technical standards, and guide cross-domain teams to deliver robust, scalable, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and communicate enterprise-wide architectural strategy using advanced solution architecture frameworks and digital transformation methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and global technology trends.
2. Lead the evaluation and selection of emerging technologies and platforms, such as cloud-native architectures, AI/ML, and advanced analytics, to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
3. Establish governance models and best practices for architecture design using tools like TOGAF, ArchiMate, and enterprise modeling platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance across all business units.
4. Oversee the integration of complex systems and platforms, leveraging API management, microservices, and hybrid cloud solutions to enable seamless interoperability and scalability.
5. Provide executive-level guidance and mentorship to architecture teams, fostering cross-domain collaboration and developing technical leadership capabilities.
6. Influence organizational transformation initiatives by aligning technology strategy with business vision, leveraging enterprise architecture principles to support digital business growth.
7. Represent the organization in industry forums and strategic partnerships, advocating for technology leadership and shaping market trends.
8. Collaborate with corporate and service line leaders to drive growth initiatives, talent branding, and recruitment marketing.
9. Act as the external face of the organization, managing stakeholder relationships, site planning, and certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
